Overflow Support Services was founded with a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel valued, supported, and empowered to live life on their own terms.
With a background in the disability sector and a qualification in nursing, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside people with diverse abilities, supporting them to develop essential life skills, build independence, and achieve their personal goals. These experiences showed me that meaningful support is about genuine relationships, listening and dignity.
I established Overflow Support Services because I saw the need for a provider that puts people first. I wanted an organisation where participants feel heard and respected, families have peace of mind, and Support Coordinators can connect people with reliable, compassionate support.
No two journeys are the same. We take the time to understand each person’s unique goals, preferences and aspirations.
My vision is about more than providing a service. It’s about belonging, choice and opportunity.
